I want to give some clarity following the announcement from the government on Tuesday. There is no expectation by the government for schools to open to further year groups this term. As all our capacity has been put towards YR, 1, 6 and key workers we unfortunately will not be able to open more widely.
For the remainder of the term we will continue to have three groups with a maximum capacity of 10 children in each:
The first few days of wider opening to YR, 1 and 6 have gone well. If your child is in one of these year groups or you are a key worker and haven't yet requested a place, please do so as soon as possible. I must stress that we have limited capacity due to the new arrangements which follow strict safety guidelines.
We are very near the ceiling limit in group A and C and there are a few remaining places in group B. Once we have reached capacity, unfortunately we will not be able to take any more children.
I will be very sorry to disappoint our families but we will have to allocate the final few places on a first come, first served basis. Please do email email@example.com to request a place.
